The service-call fee is $100 and is waived if you hire us for the repair. We explain the diagnosis and total repair price before you approve the work.
Do you offer a warranty?
We provide a 40-day warranty on work performed, starting on the date the work is completed. Contact us with the service date and details if you have a concern about a completed repair.
Can you come out today?
Same-day visits depend on availability and your location. Contact us to check the next available appointment. Our hours are Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM Eastern Time.
What should I send when requesting service?
Your ZIP code, appliance brand and model, a description of the symptoms, and any error codes. A photo of the model label is helpful. Please mention previous repairs and access restrictions.
Will the repair be finished in one visit?
That depends on the diagnosis and parts availability. If a part needs to be ordered or another visit is required, we explain the plan before proceeding.
Do you work with stores and restaurants?
Yes. We service commercial refrigeration equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, display coolers, and ice machines. Send the equipment model and a brief description of the issue to confirm service.
